We have received some questions from customers, and we love that!

Today also we got it. They asked us “what is Shincha?”

That is a good question!

Shincha is the first tea harvested of the year, also known as first flush tea.

It is typically picked from late April. After storing nutrients throughout the winter,

the young tea leaves become tender and rich in flavor, making Shincha especially prized.

We`ll tell you about Shicha.

At first ,Shincha is known for its refreshing, green aroma—often described as the “scent of young

leaves.” It has less bitterness and a gentle natural sweetness.

Nect, Shincha contains beneficial components such as: Catechins (antioxidant properties)・Theanine

(relaxation effect)・Vitamin C.

The last, in Japan we say  that drinking Shincha brings good health for the year.

For this reason, it is also popular as a seasonal gift.

                             We hold three sessions daily at 10:00 AM, 1:00 PM, and 3:00 PM.
