💗Shizuoka Prefecture | Japan’s Largest Tea Producer

Shizuoka is the leading tea-producing region in Japan.
Thanks to its mild climate and rich natural environment, it  produces tea with a well-balanced flavor—combining aroma,  umami, and slight bitterness.

💗Uji (Kyoto) | Premium Tea with a Long Tradition

Uji in Kyoto is one of Japan’s most prestigious tea regions.
“Uji tea” is known for its long history and high quality, especially  for matcha and gyokuro.

 

💗Kagoshima Prefecture | A Rising Star in Japanese Tea

Kagoshima has been gaining attention as a fast-growing tea-producing region.
Its warm climate allows for the production of tea that is light, smooth, and easy to drink.
