Today also we got it. They asked us “what is Shincha?”\"\"<\/p>\n

That is a good question!<\/p>\n

Shincha<\/strong>\u00a0is the first tea harvested of the year, also known as first flush tea<\/em>.<\/p>\n

It is typically picked from late April. After storing nutrients throughout the winter,<\/p>\n

the young tea leaves become tender and rich in flavor, making Shincha especially prized.<\/p>\n

We`ll tell you about Shicha.<\/p>\n

At first ,Shincha is known for its refreshing, green aroma\u2014often described as the \u201cscent of young<\/p>\n

leaves.\u201d It has less bitterness and a gentle natural sweetness.<\/p>\n

Nect, Shincha contains beneficial components such as: Catechins (antioxidant properties)\u30fbTheanine<\/p>\n

(relaxation effect)\u30fbVitamin C.<\/p>\n

The last, in Japan we say\u00a0\u00a0that drinking Shincha brings good health for the year.<\/strong><\/p>\n
